So this section has been set up for members to keep a diary of their weightloss journey, what they do on a day to day with regards to food, drink and how they are feeling.
What significantly changes when you have a fill and what foods you find you can eat easily or not. Basically this area is for you. If other members would like to comment that's absolutely fine.
Remember to upload your photos on a regular basis as it's a great motivational tool to see how
well you are doing. Yes, there will be the ups and downs but that's part of the journey. It isn't meant to be easy or everyone would be having one! So keep perservering and take one day at a time.
