I booked with Dr Chris De Bruyne and I paid a fully inclusive fee directly by Bank transfer (there is a bank charge to pay for this and varied from £0 - £24) into ECFS's account in Belgium.

Costs were as follows:

Euros 4150 sent either as full payment or Euros 500 deposit by bank transfer and balance carried in cash.
Frederik is quite happy for the full amount to be sent as one payment.

Conversion into pounds equated to:

£3547.31 Surgery, hotel, taxis - dependent on rate of exchange
£ 24.00 Bank charge
£ 138.00 Eurostar from St Pancras to Brussels (two people)
£ 50.00 Train from home to St Pancras (two people)
£ 70.00 Breakfast x 3 days for partner, plus evening meal before op
----------
£3829.31 TOTAL COST

Additional amounts to pay are fills in the UK
There were no fills included in the surgery price.
