I have purchased and it should arrive in a few days a recipe book for gastric band and other gastric surgery that goes from the liquid to the mushie to the normal and includes recipesyou can cook for your family as well. Low fat of course

It's called Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery by Levine, Patt N and I paid £11.16 including postage from ebay.
