Adding photos to your personal gallery

On the forum there is space for you to keep a photographic record of your weight loss progress

Click on Gallery on the option menu at the top under the forum logo and explanation.

Now select personal album
Use your username so that we can identify who you are
Upload your photos from your computer into the gallery.

Once you have finished uploading then go into the address bar and copy the address and visit the Story Circles part of the forum and post this link into a new topic headed up with YOUR USERNAME e.g. Blogg55

Now paste your link into the main box and add any other information etc that you would like in here.
